meanwhile, you're just talking so much and making yourself look like a total bitch/****. maybe even more than jennypie right now.

give me a break. you both work at guv and you defend it to your bitter end. I'm sorry if you think I sound like a bitch, but it's my opinion. You need to stop trying to defend the guv, when really, your bias.

Sorry if I offended you with my opinion. But really Mark Oliver needs to go home.

Mark is hands down the most versatile DJ in the city, opening for mega trance headliners and then ripping it at the Comfort Zone isn't easy, he just makes it look that way.

Also the fact that he can ram Guv main room by HIMSELF is testament that he is still very much relevant...

say hi to your peers for me.

He may be versatile but that doesn't mean he is a good house DJ. If I wana hear house, the last place I would be going is guv main room to see MO.

I find his sets so mainstream and anti climatic. Just because the base is loud, it doesn't mean we can't hear what he's doing. and really it's not impressive.

I know a lot of peers that would agree with me. We haven't been in the guv for a regular MO night in more than three years.

You think people love MO house so much that they are there to specifically see him?? I can bet more than half of these people don't give a who was spinning. They are just there to party. and the guvernment is a for sure party.

no i just think you need help changing your panties, it is that time of the month. you didn't offend me, you're entitled to your opinion. I found it to be harsh, not just for mark, for anyone. Do I like everytime he spins, probably not, do i come here and trash him to the level that you did? no..why? cause i have respect for him and what he's done.
It's funny cause i've been around long enough in that palce to remmember you and your "peers" rippin' up the dance floor to his music..pictures are somewhere i'm sure of it..but then again change your panties..need help?

Can you stop insulting me? Thanks. and as I said, he should have retired as a trance DJ, and taken his name with him. I LOVED MO trance. the best of the best.

This is a music forum and we discuss our opinions on the scene and music. I'm sorry if I was too harsh for you. I'm not trying to be vindictive, I'm simply stating my opinion of him as a house DJ and really how disappointing he has become.

So how could you have an opinion on what he plays? What sets specifically are you talking about then?

I think it's cute how you're the Guv expert today... :p

Couldn't I argue that Spin Saturdays at Guv are a "for sure party" because of Mark?. The guy built that night up from scratch, and has kept it consistently banging because of how he plays to that room. Whether or not you like his song choices is irrelevant, the fact that he knows what the room wants is what matters.

lol I don't think so, plus its not like he does a solo set every saturday.

They always bring in other DJs to play alongside him to change things up.

that's what I think too - 3/4 of them are high as a kite and think it's Tiesto playing
I'm yet to hear a remotely interesting set from him
