I told you, I'm no DJ. I like a heap of different genres, sure, but I don't think that qualifies me at all to create a mix of my own. Also, I don't know how to mix! :tongue3
To answer the OP's question: Yes, I DL a heap of music from here. There are some extremely talented guys that post sets here, and I would say that at least 3/4 of the music I listen to comes from this place :) |

| Often depends on genre, although I do like house/techno/breaks/other stuff a fair bit anyway. I will occasionally download a random mix that looks promising, and hey if it turns out to be good that person will be on my list of djs I like. Mostly though, it's a matter of seeing the people who's musical opinions I respect/agree with the most either post sets or be interested in others and I'll take a shot at them myself. Although there's a few genres (like oldschool goa trance, have been a bit dissapointed by a few newschool mixes) that I will just download for the most part regardless of whoever posted them simply because I really like the genre and hardly anyone posts sets of it here. |
