What really got me into electronic music (this happened to be trance back in late 90's) I was a kid and would hear the following tracks in my Uncle's car when he was crusing through the twisting streets of South Shields, England (North East). Many of the songs I have listed have synths, catchy beats and decent vocals. My theory is the melodic bits of these 80's songs probably got me into melodic trance. Can you guys think of any that may have influenced your taste in music, 80's....dont want any 90's... The 80s weren't all that influential in my musical upbringing since much of the rock my father would play was from the 70s.
