I got fired from a job in college after working there for only 2 weeks... was a waiter at some place and got busted hooking up some friends with an $80 drinking tab for about $10.
The owner/manager who fired me? Yeah his wife left him a year later and he committed suicide. Joke's on him! :toocool: |

| i worked for an lawyer for over 3 years and we finally had the last blowout and we decided mutually that i should move on. i was so relieved not to be working for him any more, i almost cried. since then, i've had really cool bosses that made me look back at working for that 5 ft piece of with napolian complex and laugh. and the chicks i worked with are still working for him and complaining all the time. lol they're crazy to stay there and put up with his borderline abusive behavior. he's lucky i didnt slap him with a ing harrassment suit with some of the he would say to me...not to mention the shady he did in his business. he was all nice to me after i left there and i was always thinking "haha yea u better ing be nice to me " he was probably scared i would make it my personal mission to ruin him in the business. |

Anyway...people are all the same. I can't think of many people who have ever been fired who EVER were accountable for it, or took responsibility for it. It's always the bosses fault, or someone else fault, or yadda yadda.
I bet most people also don't think to ask why they've been let go and what they could do to change/improve for the next job. But yeah I guess that would mean taking responsibility for getting fired in the first place. |
