On a different note, I hope that "Trance Energy USA" doesn't turn into another "Love Parade/LoveFest/LovEvolution/No Love" trademark bitch fight. ID&T did drop Trance from the name though, so serves em right far as I'm concerned! :)

Edit: Also, I can't imagine Richard playing after Aly & Fila, his energy level is much too high, whereas Aly & Fila were more like Roger Shah last time they were at Circus (just one of them though, the other had a serious ear problem and couldn't make it over). I would envision the lineup more like:

11:00-1:00 Aly & Fila
1:00-3:00 Richard Durand
3:00-4:00 Ronald van Gelderen (so Riia can stay out late! :p )

This would also put Aly & Fila in the "headline" spot since that's when Circus tends to be most crowded (though I still think Richard's name should be in much larger letters on the flyer!)

Ah, I see. I guess I assumed his live style was like his ISoS album, very relaxed. I should have guessed based on his artist album that he's actually a lot more intense.

Either way, I can't wait!

Fila can bang it out!!! After Ferry's show back in march was a great example, though everyone left after ferry ;/). In my opinion Durand isn't hard/fast enough to go on after Fila. I love the uplifting sets Fila plays and also how he goes a little tech trancey! Doubtful Aly will be alongside him unless he's just there to be there (serious ear problems like someone said on the page before this). Haven't seen Aly on stage the last 5-6 times I've seen Fila. To say Durands energy is higher than Fila's set wise is a little crazy though. The lineup is set up perfectly!
Backstabberzz (Ummet Ozcan remix) is a great track by Van Gelderen and so is Semper Fi. Sometimes his originals aren't my taste though ;)

What do you mean? It's already there. Twice! Link 1 and Link 2, although I see now you can't buy tickets in the 2nd link.

thanks for the headsup. Ugh..I didn't see the link the first time and now tickets are already $20 when it was only $15. I suppose I'm going to buy it now and hoping LMD don't pull another "$15 discount price for XXX reason" like they did for the 10yr ann. show
lucifer1126
@malia, do you have $20-presale hard tickets available that we can buy from you at Marcel Woods or Kyau&albert?

I'm assuming you're referring to the Aly & Fila, Richard Durand, Ronald van Gelderen event? I'll see what I can do. :)

yup, just wondering if you can have presale tickets to buy so we can save some service fees since I'm going to be either at Marcel Woods or Kyau/Albert anyways!

I'm not sure these tickets were ever $15, I have only seen them at $20.

Great idea! Might also draw more crowd in for Marcel and K&A since people could get their hard tix for TE USA ahead of time. Maybe sell them at the register upstairs from 11-11:30 or something?

Casual observation: Trance Energy USA is on February 19th, same date as Energy (We are the Network) in Utrecht, NL. Coincidence? I think not! :)

Hell yeah! :D But I'll be there for Ron, no matter what time slot he gets! Most people missed him when he played at Circus for the Israeli promoters but I hope people catch him this time because his sets are a lot of fun, especially if he does a mixed one (singing & djing).

It'll be interesting to see the set times. I know Ron won't mind playing "too" early or late but I don't know about the other two...
