The date wasn't hidden anywhere. It's simply on their agency's (www.pamdjs.com) website.
It's how most dates are known on this board. Through DJ websites, myspace, facebook, agency sites, managment sites, etce tc.
Welcome to TA. For an organizer, TA can be a great place to get a feeling of how things are being perceived...but also a nightmare because stuff often gets out long before promoters/clubs would like it to be. :) |
Yeah, if it's publc information then go for it...no censorship, this is America! Knowing things ahead of time can be helpful. Some people fly in from other cities to see their favoirite DJ's, for example and get better airfare deals well ahead of time. Others may be planning a trip out of town, but might move it a week to see someone good.
It's understandable that a club may not be able to promote something if it's not set in stone, but then again they can't be blamed if something falls through. I look at it kind of like the weather: 70% chance of Marcus Shossow in December with mostly sunny disposition for it being like 50 degrees warmer in LA! :D |

| Yeah, I'm pretty curious too. Reza is one of the best house DJs in LA and the hardest working promoter this city has ever seen. (Up there with Pasqualle). |

his promoting skills are awesome. his dj skills... meh. i've seen some really great sets at avalon (usually when he plays after hours). |

| So is that a good thing or a bad thing. To me Reza he play a great set when we book him at Almost Better Than Sex. Eventhough the event didn't go to well but he rock it. By the way Billy, WHAT'S THE ANSWER BUDDY??????????????????? |

he's a better rave dj than a club dj imo. as for answer... don't know yet. we'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks. |
