| anyone like endive lettuce? so ing good with a strong crumbled cheese and a vinegarette type of dressing. with some candied nuts or pecans in it. there's a salad like that at the cheesecake factory that i always get. i should try to make it myself. |

Yep classic caesar recipe. I forgot about the capers though. I always put capers in the dressing. |
