Orzo Salad
Orzo,Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Feta cheese, Black Olives, Dill, Salt, EVOO, Goat Cheese and a good helping a fresh Cracked Pepper.
And all fresh. Nothing is to be cooked except the Orzo and then chilled for a few hours before you combine the other ingredients.
edit-forgot add sun dried tomatoes depending on your taste.
