| it's got to be one of the stupidest laws i've ever encountered. i'm pretty sure you can buy beer round the clock here in NY. at least, i've never had a problem at any of the 24 hour grocery stores or gas stations. |

the worst part is, you go outside the city limits no more than 20 minutes away and you can buy it til at least midnight. rediculaase. |

| you know what blows my mind out here? i walk into a gas station or corner store and half the 6-packs are missing bottles, as if someone came in and just stole a bunch of single beers. apparently you can buy however many you want, rather than buying the whole 6-pack... which is cool, but it makes the store look really ghetto. |

what, whoa. i would assume that people were just ganking them and walking out with them lol. so i assume the single beers are more expensive than buying them in a sixer? |

i have no idea. nothing is priced at these places. :wtf:
beer warehouses and grocery stores tell you what you're going to spend. but the gas stations and corner stores, it's like... you want beer, you just pick it out and pay for it. it doesn't matter how many you get or how much it costs. it's beer, and it's going home with you, and you're going to be a happier person, so stop asking questions and get the out of my store. |

Apparently after looking this up (being curious) you can sell beer in NYC 24hrs a day, 7days a week! that is awesome! In Cali all alcohol stops from 2am to 6am. |
