it is. they just don't give out free hugs like they do when you buy beer in Milwaukee.
i asked the bartender at this place in Brooklyn if they served PBR (come on - it's Brooklyn! they probably consume just as much PBR per capita as they do in Milwaukee!) and he looked like he wanted to throw me through the window. :nervous:
yeah, i'm drinking too. 6 pack of Dogfish 60 min IPA and i just got canceled on so i guess i'm drinking it by myself. woohoo! |

i love dogfish IPA. i'm still trying to coax one of my korean buddies to go with me to kate simko and dilo. so far, it's failing :/ |

Yeah, all this beer talk reminded me I needed to do a beer run. Which has now been accomplished!

I remember going to the supermarket in the UK a few years back and the wine/beer/spirits aisle was all closed up with tensa barrier on Sundays before noon. Haven't been into a supermarket on Sunday morning since then so am not sure if that is still the case...

Sounds like Trader Joe's. They let you dip into the six packs and they just charge you 1/6th the price of the 6 pack. Since they often have some different beers it can be a good way to try stuff without committing to a 6 pack of crap.

This time next week I'll be at the brewery :D They do tours every hour or so during the afternoon and then they put you in the tasting room and you can drunk as much as you like. Tour - free, after tour drinks - free :D
My Dad is flying over for the occasion:p |
