Uhh, I'm pretty sure you can't just deny service to someone just because of their skin, sex or religion. |
I'm sure race had nothing to do with it. She admitted herself that some of her black friends got in. People probably just got knocked back for being fat, ugly, loud, wearing the wrong clothes generally not being conducive to building the kind of crowd he wants in his club.. They should have just chilled and gone to burger king (see how I sensitively avoided the fried chicken stereotype). |

im totally for discrimination on entrance and reserving the right to admission.
If I dont want 300 pounds black girls on my club, why should I be sued? |
This. Discrimination laws are stupid.
Instead of employers just telling the person with facial piercings 'sorry, you need to look more presentable before we will hire you', they're now forced to string them along, give them an interview and get their hopes up before saying 'sorry, someone else got the job, better luck next time.'
If you don't want to hire or let someone into your club because they're black, white, asian, fat, gay or whatever, you're a stupid bigot, but that doesn't mean you should be forced to do something against your will. It just ends up badly for both parties in the long run. If you have something against black people and you're forced to hire one, that employee is probably going to be miserable at the company because of your biases. Better to tell them to off from the outset so they can go somewhere where they will be treated properly. |

That said, it's very easy to say that as a non-minority. I'm sure I would think differently if I was having a very hard time finding work simply due to a preponderance of bigotry in the population. I do sympathise for those people, but at the same time it seems pointless that they should be put into jobs where they might not be wanted.
However, there is also the fact that prejudiced people might come to realise the error of their ways by hiring a person holding minority status. It's a bit of a complex issue, really. |

Agreed, but on the same token they seem to take it to the extreme. They are always pulling the race card (at least in the US) as an excuse for all their actions. The whole victim mentality is rampant here. |

1. I didn't have a jewbeard then
2. There were 100+ people behind me. They wouldn't have cared.

Yeah.. I'm not with you on anti-discrimination laws. But what I am sick to death of is the sense of entitlement people like these fat bitches get. If they don't get their way they instantly pull the race card.. someone didn't let them in to a club it must be cos he's racist. Forget the fact that your morbidly obese, dressed like a cheap whore and loud as a jet engine standing in line to a place that is trying to maintain some semblance of class.. no it's racism! |

If you live in America, give it 2 decades, then you'll be able to speak from a position of authority on the subject. |
