agreed, what kind of surprises me, well only sort of surprises me is that the early bird tickets are all sold out and still no DJ line up is announced. I'm holding off on buying tickets entirely until I know more news about what else is going on for New Years around Montreal. I would rather ring in New Years on New Years itself and not the next day. Something sacred about the countdown to midnight. If Resolution was on NYE I wouldn't hesitate as much. But with it being on New Years Day and still no line up announced just doesn't make me want to jump to the first promoter I know and get a ticket. If the DJ line up ends up being pretty stellar (yes I said stellar :) ) I would consider sacrificing New Years Eve.... maybe. |

actually, most of the people do
so when they hear resolution, its the only rave they hear about for the new year
so they buy their tickets, and most probably their candy |

Call me Bo Jackson but my answer is...."JUST DO BOTH!" ;)
It works perfectly for me , I'm likely going to be included in the NYE lineup @ BPM .... and that's the 31st...and I do the countdown there...
Then the next day is resolution ... right before the weekend...
It's been 2 years since I visited the Bell Centre... I think it's time for a return visit...
It looks like PvD is confirmed so that should be good.... yes it's likely alot of trance but i'm gambling on Montreal dropping some sick techno at some point in the night...
Either way... I got my ticket :disbelief |

| Hey. Paul Van Dyk, Above N Beyond and Mistress Barbara WILL BE at resolution 2010. Confirmed. Not rumors. It's gonna be an EPIC night. I'm more of a trance guy so love this line-up. Energic PVD and Uplifting Avb will be a great mix. The official line-up is not out yet because there are still some dj's not confirmed. 52 more days. Can't wait. |

What sources confirmes those DJs? Don't tell me a promoter?
