Agreed!
I like David Guetta's productions, mostly, but his live sets are so predictable!
Will he play I'm in Miami bitch?
Will he play his Akon single?
Will he play When Love Takes Over?
C'mon... if you can predict half the tracklist easily it's just not that enticing. Saw him at EDC and it was fun to sing along with my friends but from a music lovers perspective..... .. . .. . meh.
Also his microphone sayings are a little over the top. I like when DJs actually talk (last year 9 hrs of Armin at TAO and he doesn't get on the mic once? WTF?) but when they say stuff like " OH MY GOD YOU GUYS I LOVE YOU" then it's just kinda lame. |

Armin is not a DAMN MC! Why would he get on the mic?! :whip: :whip: :whip:
getting on the mic and screaming every other track is what I consider lame.. playing an awesome set and not having the need to get people excited by screaming "How the are you doing out there?!", "Can't hear you LOS Angeles, You guys are the best crowd", "get your hands up" or "Dance to the music!".. The DJ is there to play music and an awesome set not to give a speech.. :clown: |

Is Schossow on the main stage? Also any indication on the time slots for the main stage? I would hope that the higher bpm dj's play later in the night? Something that hasn't been happening as of late, unfortunately..... |

That is why I really like Darude's interaction. He brings sheets with words on them that explain it all. Very fun way of doing so and not coming off like a total dick. |
