Who plays tech-trance? or they aren't defined by it. THey might play some tracks frmo that genre, but they are not tech-trance DJs.
People who like Armin do not like Aoki. People who like LA Riots prob will not like someone like Gareth. You don't see anyone on here talking abotu LA Riots do you? Or Boys Noize (although for electro I think they are great).
There will be some people who will like it all, but I don't see the vast, vast majority doing so.
You could stick IM, Armin, Gareth, And Dyloot on one stage (IM would ahve to come on last of course). Benny would prob have to go on there, because I doubt his agency would let him be on a side-stage hehe.
And the rest on another stage, and with the right timeslot setup I think you could make the crowds who like each side happy
BUt that's not gonna be the setup. They are shoving all those DJs on one stage, which means most will prob just have a simple hour timeslot. Maybe 1:10 minutes. I'd expect Armin to have a longer timeslot if anyone. But it's really hard to mix ALL those styles with all hour or so long sets and keep any flow going. Just as soon as one gets going, the next DJ is gonna come on and the style is gonna change quite noticeably. If it was gradual changes in style, it wouldn't be so bad...but that's a wide range.
Of course, all just IMO. |

I agree with Dave, and Dave thank you for being constructive and not blasting anything.
I personally wish IM was in another room, it will hurt the flow, and they are playing here soon anyway... I wish Skills would have less genres mashed into one room. This will go back and forth and everyone will disagree with eachother. But last year the flow was not very smooth either. It's too bad money has such a huge part in party planning, but we can't change that.... Random but descent openers are one thing, but having two completely differant headliners is another story... |

| Hope with one room the production for this show will be top notch. |

| Imagine us taking all of the production in the side rooms from last year and putting it ALL into one room. |

Basically, it's a lineup that will largely appeal to the 16+ crowd. But that's pretty much it. |
well there you have it. this is a party geared towards teenagers who don't know any better and don't have a better alternative. at best it's a sampler platter of beginner edm, aptly named "pop". perfect line up? it's a collection of popular names thrown together to move tickets. producing a logical and complementary line up of artists was clearly one of the last intentions. |

Haha, rich, I actually agree with you this time! Haha
it's kind of a cool concept for beginner EDM kids cuz they get a taste of several genres |
