How do you do it?
No matter if I get 5 or 9 hours sleep, I'm so sick of having the hardest time waking up in the morning and dragging myself out of bed just to get to the shower!
After the shower, I'm good to go, but I'll be damned if I actually get up before hitting the snooze button 3 times.
Advice would be greatly appreciated! |

+1!
And I am finding this winter harder than ever.
Even after a shower its all I can do to resist the temptations of crawling back in bed.
It takes me 40 minutes to an hour to get out of bed... its pretty ridiculous. |

your'e not alone.. getting into a routine helps. hit the gym; eat your vitamins (B complex i find helps get my day going); on days when you can sleep in, try not to (only makes the next day more difficult to wake up at regular time).
i hardly see any form of sunlight during the week. wake up at 7, office at 8. no windows in the lab so im done at 5 and its dark out already. last few days have been tough but im hoping getting back into the gym is gonna help me |

Get 8+ hours of sleep, exercise, get out of bed at the same time every day.
It's not too hard. |

But as I said, no matter how many hours sleep I get, still the same.
I do exercise, daily, and I get out of bed for work the same time everyday for work, even weekends I try not to sleep in because I love my daylight :p |

Some people are nightowls and others early birds, its been proven scientifically too (can't be arsed to google it up).
So basically you're ed (like me).
Try finding a job that lets you more flexibility with your schedule. |

I agree with everything you said. I've been doing this for the last few weeks and I've been feeling great! |
