Conan's been on fire this week with his monologues and, actually, his entire show. NBC is giving up a big talent and a natural showman. Fox would be smart to pick him up, but there have issues with local affiliates that might prevent it.

This speech is why Conan was always my favorite of the late-night shows. He's classy, respectable, well-spoken and will always take the high road.

Yeah. You could hear it welling in his voice within the first couple minutes, actually. What a speech though. A class act all the way.
