This, along with other 5-minute-long threads, was the source of my own complaint, because I had always been able to come on here (and TOTA) to discuss sports or other random topics. TOTAL bummeer than I cant anymore, because its different going into a Canadian forum and going "GO USA!!!!"

I will for SURE not contribute to a forum in which I cant even discuss "regular" things with my local friends. Isnt that how some of us became friends? Because we learned about each other via other subjects BESIDES just music. (being a CorWhore, Mels, I am sure you of all people, understand talking about random with your fellow music-lovers). Music is the main topic, but you really learn about a person via various subjects :)
There would be no point (for me) to continue here if everything was just *poof* gone, because its BORING (except to lurk in the events forum for upcoming parties).

The problem is that the administrator/mods no longer see this forum as a local social community (one of the reasons why it's so popular), hence the reason they stupidly move the threads.
The only discussion allowed in this forum now is just event listings and talk about upcoming parties. Anything else? They move it. |

Poor Z? coming from the girl who thought Erics threads were hilarious (which were straight up bashing Z, which I am certainly NOT). How can you think that is funny and NOT attention seeking, where as this thread is NOT bashing Z, and its about "WHERE DID OUR THREADS GO?"

Edit: Mels you must think of this like a manager in a store. Z took a job, costumers complain. Their complaints are not direct insults about the manager, but, instead, criticism of how the place is run. Any good manager takes a majority complaint into consideration because he or she would like the place to to run as effeciently, and as complaint-free as possible. Thus, no one is insulting ANYONE, merely making a stand about how things are going down the ter. |
