too bad they narrative is so disappointing. why they used oprah winfrey talking down to us like children rather than david attenborough, the narrator of the planet earth series and the foremost authority on nature documentaries, is beyond me. |
On the Planet Earth series, I was forced to listen to Susan Sarandon narrate. I can't decide who's worse between her and Oprah. , why can't I get some Attenborough?? |

You must have been forced to test a whole different version, as Sigourney Weaver did the narration of the American release.
When you find away to escape your oppressors, your freedom will be rewarded with the knowledge that a simple trip to the library, or worst case scenario, a couple minutes on Amazon, is all you need do to get Planet Earth voiced by your savior Attenborough. |

Oh my gosh, you must be kidding. The Chameleons absolutely blew my skull all over the room. |

| Yeah, watching the pebble toad tumble down a mountainside unscathed was really boring. |

| Attenborough is awesome, i met him as a baby, his parents knew my grandparents/great grandparents. I dunno which episodes are which from this series, but the one where they're off bermuda or jamaica i think it is was especially awesome. |

Yeah, giant ass lizards fighting each other. Completely sick.
I actually liked the episode about insects, especially the end when they examined those massive Bees that sounded like helicopters when they flew around. |

haha... my fault. I meant Sigourney Weaver, not Susan Sarandon. Either way, she sucked. The thing is, I didn't even know there was another version with Attenborough. Perhaps I really am oppressed? |

| Visually amazing, Oprah narrating makes me want to punch babies. Discovery are a bunch of gigantic ******s. If you don't want to use david, use patrick stewart or something. |
