T'is... And the store I work at part-time has a sign behind the counter that says, "The customer isn't always right, but at least treat them like they are."

Nothing against FW personally, I've had a decent time the majority of the times I've been there. When you bring someone like Rob Hood or Murat back to play, I'll certainly be there again... ;)

FW is one of the only clubs I'll actually go to when I'm not playing, and one of the main reasons for that is the staff. I've never had any issues with the door staff, tickets girls, or bartenders at all. I think they all do a great job, regardless of what they're being tipped.

(that's when they're being tipped at least something of course)

I have never had a problem with the FW staff. I can honestly say from my times there since the establishment opened, they have been top of my list.

I do tip, just not at FW or any other club that I frequent where I have received poor service. Care to enlighten me on any reason as to why a bar tender at FW needs to request a minimum of 50$ in order to run a credit card transaction?

Big Daddy, I to frequent FW 2-3X per month with a group of 5-8 friends and can honestly say the service there reminds me of a typical top 40 club. It pales in comparison to any server at the Guvernment. We have cut our visits back directly related to the service starting from the bar staff on out to the bouncer running guest list(which is another joke lately).

Dave and Sara are def my fav bartenders in town <3

Are you ing joking me? The bar staff at the Guv are anywhere from poor to brutal. If you think this is the above quote is the case, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about, or you're just out to give the club bad press.

I find this highly unlikely and highly ridiculous.

Wow, I couldn't disagree with you more. Footwork has some of the best staff in the city. I have never had a problem with them, and find them all to be extremely friendly and accommodating.

I have no problem with tipping according to the service, but I think you should base that on each visit and not just ban a club from your personal tipping. The bar staff at any club have to work hard all night serving drinks, it never ends for them ALL NIGHT! Maybe you just caught one at a really stressful moment? But either way, these people live off of their tips and should receive something......it couldn't have been THAT bad, especially at FW.

Your opinion vs mine. How in the world is it possible for me to provide bad press? On here? Are you kidding me? If the bar staff is providing poor service why would I return as often? Check your ego at the door pal, because clearly you are the one that has no idea what your talking about. Either you have had no problem with the service which is fine, or I can make jabroni statements like you have above and claim that your the chump for returning to venues that provide sub par service. have a good day.

arrrived a bit too late and let my sis use my guest list. Parked where I usually do and see 2 cop cars and realize this is a good place to park. When i left I noticed I left my door unlocked !! wow... that is a safe place:stongue: opening dj made the vibe quite pleasant and set the mood for the opener. It wasn't packed in there and there was room to dance but FW on sat is different for me since I usually go Fridays.
As for the staff goes.. never have I had problems and I find the bartenders treat you well and make sure you are served in good timing. I usually tip well (about 1.50 to 2.00) and find that you don't have to tip every time. I couldn't ID any tracks really but found them to be different from other tunes that are similar. More thump and extra kick into each track was noticed. I wasn't rockin out or anything but found myself bouncin at a reasonable pace!
All in all a great night, left around 3ish and didn't catch the closing dj:thepirate
