I started at 265 pounds a little over a year ago, currently at 185-ish and still losing some. Fatties keep complaining exercise is hard - but this 's pretty fun once you get used to it.

Dude that song kicks so much ass. But yeah I really enjoy exercising a lot now. Especially core stuff, I love doing core exercises.
