I used to have one in university... fish were the only pet they allowed in the dorms. I fed him goldfish and creek minnows in the summer, but a swarm of them is kickass.

I feel bad for the mice... I know they're carnivores and all but feeding mice to a piranha is not the same as having piranhas actively look for food: The mouse has no chance to escape because it doesn't belong in the tank and, for that matter, it doesn't belong in the Amazon either.

I agree it's cruel, but god help me I can't look away. They swarm, and five seconds later there's just nothing left (save a tail sometimes). Definitely a quick death.

It's just a ing mouse. My philosophy when it comes to killing animals is that it's OK as long as you can produce more. At least when it comes to domestic/lab animals.
