Stuck at stage 4-1. Those red bastards with them orange spikes get me every time!

I'm stuck at teh boss at the end of that stage.

He's called the label boss. The walkthrough told me to hit him over the head with the technofist, but he keeps blocking me with his stall maneuver :conf:

Play the lawyer card!!! That should at least be good for a -1 on his end!

I'm definitely still in the learning stages but have learned a lot in the last 6-8 months. I've read tons of books/articles, watched tutorials, and taken several courses (just start a three month one with PointBlank Online). I'm fairly comfortable with Logic, and have no problem finishing tracks, but I do struggle with creating the certian sounds I'm after. I also still have alot to learn with the mixdown and even arrangement, but I'm loving every minute of it.

I have been working with a couple other guys making some tracks and doing remixes, so I'll have some releases this year for sure. I contribute alot to the tracks, but I still have to count on their expertise and skills for the end product.

Everytime I sit down I feel like its just a matter of weeks now. I just need to get the right idea and execute it.

That has signature written all over it:eyes:

Jeessee man, this is really good stuff, looks like you are on the right path man, to be where a lot of us would like to be - awesome music man.

Cheers

well i'm kinda stuck creatively after a mad streak of tracks since october/november also time became a bit of issue since i finished university now. I have however signed a vinyl release which has been a goal of mine ever since i started to produce. Life situation is unfortunately (or fortunately) changing very rapidly and i'm afraid that i might be forced to postpone a lot of projects. Till then though i have to press another slap of black crack who knows maybe somebody will even like it. For now i'm gonna start looking into creating some sort of highly mobile setup which will enable me to produce on the go if i'll have to travel a lot

i make some good tracks with a decent mastering, my next step is making only good tracks like the famous producers, some of the ones i make are pure . Also i'm watching some tutorials and learning some useful things to add more variety to my mixing so i think i am on a middle stage

Sound design. Ive reached a point where I no longer try to make tracks, rather sounds..lol. My usual time in the studio is spent lisenting to a lead, bass, beat, and pad play at once in a 4 bar loop, and i just play with sounds for hours and hours, i think the playing with sounds feeling has oven taken my feeling for wanting to make actual music. Its more gradifying to hear a hoover or a pluck with the right melody for hours, then to produce something, release it and move on.

Dear God - the usage errors...

But I digress. You're wrong. Unless everything you release is a musical non sequitur, monstrosity, cataclysm or some combination, there-in, there is quite a bit of satisfaction in developing something to completion and then starting a new thing to see through to its end.
