- i completed a lot of things at work so i won't feel so guilty dumping them on other people when i get to quit.

- i increased my workouts at the gym to an hour on the treadmill. haven't lost any weight yet though... :( at least my heart is healthy.

my knee, i tore my ACL MCL both of my meniscus' and my PCL, also ruptured my hamstring during a soccer game. managed to finish the game lol (blew my pain receptors)

Been through numerous vigurous surgeries. Had my last one 4 weeks ago, not sure it will be my last but keeping my fingers crossed.

if you are already back in the gym after that, that really is an accomplishment. good luck with it.

thnx rehab is a bitch. im there all day every second day. The true fear was when i blew my acl it retracted into my knee cap causing what they call a locked knee, so trying to get back motion was a HUGE Prioity which had to be done in a certain time frame or i could have lost motion in my knee for good. Luckily i got it back fairly quickly. Now we're trying to get my quads and hamstrings back, i lost all muscle from surgery, plus they had to cut out tendents and muscles to replace them. If i blow my graphs or stretch them i have to do more surgeries. worst part is there is no way of knowing you stretched or blew them until 6 months after surgery.

I did a good amount of that as well. I've decided it was time to stop being "the warning" and become "the good example". :p
