lol i was pretty blasted on haight today waiting outside a store with some other dude visiting from spain. he was smoking a cigar in celebration while waiting for his wife so out of boredom i tried talking to him in spanish. it was pretty bad :stongue: :o |

| I thought Spain edged it in terms of creating chances and probably deserved to win it before going to penalties. Robben will be haunted by his two one on one's with Casillas for the rest of his life. For me, Spain's success is down to the fact that their best run happened when they had Barcelona's midfield (Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, and Busquets) all playing simultaneously, which given their familiarity with one another really helped them to control the midfield and thus the possession and tempo of each of their matches in the knock out phase. Its rather scary to think that David Villa is going to Barca as well. Should be a great club season coming up. |

A lot of people said they couldn't pull it off, and yeah I called it two years ago when the octopus was still on the Germany train :cool:
