there are actually heaps of them, but would you really expect to use a 3d anatomical model on your phone in med school?
It would be the same as trying to use wikipedia: only idiots would think they could get away with it :p |
I knew they were starting to target them, but I had no clue the number. So good to know that the times are changing. I do agree though, don't try to do stuff on the phone that you should be doing on a full blown computer. |

yeah that was my major point... I do have a few on my itouch though, just for flicking around in, but it's very wikipedia-ey... They might be bringing out more advanced ones soon, i'm not too sure, but the ones currently going around are pretty unreliable at best... and yeah, medicine in general shouldn't have too much doubt in the background :stongue: |

So are there any new HTC phones (AD or WM) that have slide out keyboards?
Or do I just have to get used to the fact I'm going have type using a touch screen with my banana like hands. |

Not by HTC, but the current crop of Motorola's Android based handsets on Verizon seem to actually be quite durable. Surprising, I know. I, on the other hand, am getting the Samsung Galaxy S. Damn Nexus One is pretty much being discontinued.

that. I will never try Verizon again unless they pay me $1,000 a month to use their phones. Terrible service (customer and reception), double the price and no ing sim.
I'm on T-mobile. The only thing is with the moto phones is that I know two people whose driods are a bit flakey. Random crashed and black screens. Nothing major just my G1 seems more stable. |
