| Daft Punk in a DJ format also are great! Check out their Essential Mixes from '97, '99 & '01. Top tunes in all of 'em and all three rate up there as some of my favorites. :) |

CM - Vegas is a great album. Tweekend only has one good track and its more of a party track (Wild, Sweet and Cool). Everying since then has been disgustingly bad. I'm surprised they can actually exist on the same planet as Daft Punk.
And if you look for the Coachella set from... 07, its actually better than Alive2007. |
coachella 06 actually.
i wish i could say "i should know...because i was there..."
but my first coachella wasn't til 07. so your post there got me thinking 'wait..did i miss daft punk?' |

I think this is complete bull. Good music is good music, no matter how popular it becomes.
I'd saw off my right arm to go back to 2007 and see them do their arena show, I missed them in town while I was on vacation in the States... |
yeah your probably right - perhaps its more to the point that i grew out of them or what i liked has changed as i have gotten older rather than anything to do with them changing :-) |

it's probably one of their best tracks.
edit and i think it's piss funny that you are taking this wigger role to it's next level by using arabic prayers. are you going to say allahu akbar in your daily vocabulary or are you just copying tip, busta and all the other muslim rappers? |

| it's a hard 909 beat, a rhythmic one note sequence and modulated white noise. proper madness. immensely fun to play in a set. |

I'll drink to that, it's normal.. I used to listen to Pantera and Slayer religiously, I wouldn't listen to a metal cd ever again I don't think, but if it came on the radio I'd crank it. Don't tell me that the next time you hear 'Da Funk' you won't break your ing neck. |
