Haha, then I will get people going "OMG YOU WASTED YOUR VOTES U SUX!". Two are pretty obvious, other two are Christopher Lawrence and James Zabiela.

All good to me who you vote for. Those are valid votes imo. I'd vote for a friend. Its the least I could do.

Giuseppe Ottaviani
Sean Tyas
Infected Mushroom (yes i know not dj - but this poll is BS anyways)
Jochen Miller or Jorn Van Deynhoven

Love the hard trance. Hopefully their agents voted them high so top 10 will play their music more. I go with producers in this poll for the same reason. Influence. People (majority) really dont see this as dj skill competition. So i wont bother with that notion either. Hell some of the ones I listed cant dj for haha but if they are on the bottom, a few votes could be significant enough to raise them a little. The higher up, the more their tracks will get picked - since this comes down to expressing popularity.

Lame poll is sad.

Exactly! If you vote for Tiesto or Armin, your probably a big old noob and know less that they use the little guys tracks and you think its their stuff.

Though I like Sean Tyas, his last appearance was okay and his production hasn't been great.. so he won't be #1 for me.

Gonna go with Gareth, this guy destroys consistantly more than anyone I've seen all year, then maybe Andy Moor, Tritonal...and some other guys that have had great production during the year.

imo the winner will either be Guetta, Deadmau5, or Armin...

don't mean to be a hater, but i'm voting for Armin, mostly cause I'm a trancer and want to see it as another victory for the scene but also cause i don't want to see Deadmau5 (while I love his progressive) win cause imo he hasn't done nearly as much for the dance scene as Armin has and c'mon people you don't want to see Guetta win do you people? he does hiphop collabs...:whip:

as much as I don't like seeing one artist represent a genre as it were, I feel like a another victory for Armin here against this type of competition would be a big victory for trance.

It's a poll of DJs, not producers. If it was a poll of top producers, I'd vote differently.

fantasyexctasy
Markus Schulz
Gareth Emery
Above and Beyond
Groove Armada
Booka Shade
DJ Reese
Want to know why the top 100 is a joke. Point and case...Ricky Stone. Look the guy up and where he has been on the list in the last 5 years. Ever heard of him? Yeah...no one has and were talking top 40 for years! All by way of internet promotion. I will say though...top 20 means something. The order of the top 20 is all based on popularity tho, not talent.
