I'm sure I'll receive some hate, but here we go:
1) Jon O'bir - My favorite DJ for 2-3 year, as well as producer, plus his set at LE after party was great.
2) Simon Patterson - Favorite producer and his set at EDC was amazing. Also essential mix from november 09 keeps me speechless. Hopefully he releases 1-2 tracks of the 239423 that he hasn't
3) Aly & Fila. Seen them (really Fila) four times (2 this year) and both times were amazing. Fila's closing set for Ferry was awesome back in march. Also he has taken pictures with my girlfriend and I, as well as giving us a signed copy of Rising Sun. +1 for artist album as well
Possibilities:
4)Tom Colontonio - Amazing producer.
5)Nick Sentience - Amazing producer as well and even though Threshold isn't out, he's put out some sick tracks!
6) Ummet Ozcan
7) JOC - Always putting out different remixes that are great, plus originals. Also subculture label is win!
Of course AVB, Schulz and Ferry, but they get tons of love already. |

Not my number 1 but he climbing. Are you coming to 1015? I agree that he was the best set at LE so i am very excited.

Would LOVE to go to 1015, but I'm 19 so probably won't happen. I'd drive or fly up for it definitely (same with Simon at infinity), but don't see myself getting in. I don't even care about drinking or anything :/ !
And o'bir is amazing! |

well everyone does it. agents do it for ALL artists. However they need to be smart about it. And not only regarding ip switching but also with how many votes on average to go with so it doesnt seem to crazy. Go low the first few years see if you place in the top 100, than go up from there till you find a range of numbers you can usually be near with the amount of votes you vote for yourself.
Its foolish for anyone on here to think this does not happen no matter what dj. |

anyone see this? reminds me of a couple years ago when they suspected CL and DJ Dan of cheating...
I dunno if this particular video implicates A&B and Andy Moor but it is quite a coincidence.

you might be right; however there is ultimately a thing in the TOS where they say that djmag has the final say on the rankings; I have a slight feeling it's not all 100% based on the # of votes anyway. I.E. if some random ass DJ in Greece who has produced one track somehow manages to get a load of votes and get into top 100, they still don't put him on there.
also, we're talking about A&B and Andy Moor; two legitimate artists who have been in the scene for quite some time. Do they really need to do this that badly? Sure maybe everyone does it but this is going a little out of their way to get votes. |

did Henrys account get hacked? He usually votes for Amrin, Ferry, Tiesto, Cosmic Gate and Hollywood Carter. |

i know for a fact the names you listed do. Basically as i said, you build yourself up slowly to the point where it looks natural.
Its hard to do, Agents spend time messing with votes. Basically they need to find out how many are user votes vs other agent votes. I would say something like 65 percent if not more are agent votes - of the near 300,000. That means that sure users DO influence votes but depends at what rank the agents vote for their artists. It takes time to work out but that is what agents are fore - that are smart. So YES, do vote because it does change matters, but it doesnt do as much as a natural popular vote. |
