Do you think that little girl and her lemonade stand give a about this discussion and all the politics you guys have been spouting. NO! Because of a few fatcats up in Washington a little girl's dream of owning and operating America's first ever strip club/lemonade stand/thickkenwyde haberdashery have been crushed. Look, don't take this the wrong way. And I've already said this in another thread, and I won't mind saying it again: I, personally, believe that homosexuality is an unnatural thing. Why? That's another story. But, as far as homosexuals living in society, I don't have a problem with it. Because I do believe in tolerance and acceptance. Nobody is going to change how I feel about that, not any politician, not any law, nothing. It might sound convenient for me saying this, and it is, but I'm in a unique position where I can say what I want about marriage because I'm not a homosexual. It feels ty, trust me, but I must draw the line somewhere. I honestly feel that homosexuality would taint our concept of marriage. No, it wouldn't bring about the end of the world, but it would it taint my and other's perception of it.
