Guess she was too young to realize that this was all she needed to make the big scary man from the health department go away:

| Yeah, but 7 year-olds don't carry around manila envelopes much these days. |

she will get her revenge when she grows up and is a stripper at the local strip joint and the guy that shut her down comes in.

Good on them....I hate these people who decide to do good deeds because something happened in their lives. Money rules all |

She did it all wrong....
First of all she had to grease the local politicians for the sudden zoning problems that always come up. Then there's the kickbacks to the carpenters, and if she plannd on using any cement in this building I'm sure the teamsters would like to have a little chat with her, and that'll cost her. Oh and don't forget a little something for the building inspectors. Then there's long term costs such as waste disposal. I don't know if she is familiar with who runs that business but I assure you it's not the boyscouts |

| Something similar happened in Finland a while ago. Some kids were selling ice cream from a stand, but they didn't have a license to do it, so they got shut down. |

Yea, who'd ever want to let government be told by business organizations what to do.
Oh wait, that sounds a lot like lobbyists, people that Kevin supports as Republican. Good job Kevin, yet again you support people that get us killed. Rock on playa.
Also this girls mother was quite obviously using her daughter to make a few bucks. Granted it wasn't something horrible like pimping her out to IGK and Boris, but still she was exploiting her for profit. It should be, especially in a crowded place like a fair, a matter of neutrality on the part of the inspectors. I'd hope they would shut down their own child's vending table if they were not properly licensed. |

Yeah, Kev - what gives with all this lobbying support you are always squawking on about? |
