I'm trying to understand what the point of these 'shoes' are?
Regular running shoes are supposed to reduce impact on joints, etc. What do these do? I get that it's supposed to be more 'natural' or whatever, but more than that? |

| Zero so far as I know, but I don't give a what other people think about me, and as a result I'm not a desperate approval seeker watching for everyones reactions to everything I do. However many have asked questions about them and a couple have plans to, or already have bought them as well. |
