ricin isn't a weapon of mass destruction - it is a limited effect chemical weapon.
classing all chemical weapons as WMD is just stupid -- only ones with viable area effects should be seen as WMD.
perhaps we can go back to chatting about eating cats and dogs instead of turning this into a washley thread. |
