Stu, another Moroccan quick Tagine is meatballs in homemade tomato sauce (some people like to add eggs in it, I like it without)
I love this one, it's so simple and delicious. It doesn't look like anything special but it's all about the spices and herbs in it. |

Well, it's much like the lemons and little umbrellas they put in your drink. It's just for aesthetic purposes, not for consumption. :p
It sure is a waste, but people do it all the time cuz things have to look pretty. |
