Is there a decent-sized middle eastern/north African community in Brisbane? Your best bet would have been an ethnic grocery store, if there is one around.

If there is, it's not well known, and not anywhere near me :p

The ethnic grocery stores that I know of are all Asian (combined) and have all the Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Vietnamese/Korean type of food/stuff.

Looks interesting. But what sort of stuff would you make in it?

Think of it as a really low-tech slow cooker

I did actually come up with a nice way of cooking barramundi earlier in the week

The tagine is awesome, by the way :D

Anyway, recommend me some good roasting trays. The Wiltshire ones we keep using are cheap, but e.

Not looking for super expensive, but I want something that isn't crap! Non-stick too, please :)

Done, as of a few minutes ago.

I have 3 other Scanpan things (2 x frypans, 1 x pot) and they're awesome. Might as well add to the collection.

I got my first cast iron pan last weekend. I'm surprised that the clean up isn't that hard and food doesn't stick so much.

As far as what your looking at I have no idea. You practicing cooking for our alien overlords when they invade us?
