I wish I could cook; Sadly I set pretty much everything on fire even when I follow the directions. :(

I got my first cast iron pan last weekend. I'm surprised that the clean up isn't that hard and food doesn't stick so much.

As far as what your looking at I have no idea. You practicing cooking for our alien overlords when they invade us?

I love Tagines. We use them back home (Morocco) all the time, I brought a couple fancy ones back with me and only use them on very special occasions as the food takes forever to cook, but oh so worth the wait.
I mainly use it for my Couscous and my lemon chicken with potatoes and olives (see picture). But you can use it for any vegetables & meats, stews etc..

I strongly recommend Tagines, if you've got the time and patience. It's delectable.
