I highly recommend watching the original first. The remake is probably one of the best remakes of a movie I've ever seen. The music is both movies is excellent, too.

Buried is super boring and uninteresting.

So it was a little much for me as well, but I didn't hate it. There could have been something a little more interesting though.

It is refreshing to see that not all movies have a happy ending, lol.

Has anyone seen Thor yet?

I Am Number 4 - I think it started off pretty well but quickly deteriorated. Seems that whoever was either writing it or editing it, ed up. Some of the ending scenes did't tie in together - 5/10 for me

Ugh, I can't stand her. (I think subconsciously, it's partially b/c of her character in Blow who I hated. Bitch.)

They should have Buried the PoTC trilogy with the last installment. Its just another money grab because those movies grossed hundreds of millions of dollars.

Thor was interesting. It had great set design, costume design and CGI but overall it fell flat with the story and especially when it came to its conclusion. I'd be generous in saying it was a 7/10. Style over substance rules in this film.

If you are a fan of the Paranormal Activity movies then you need to watch Insidious. I only watched Paranormal Activity 2 and thought it was one of the worst movies I have seen in a long time. James Wan directed the original Saw and he makes his return here with Insidious which is far more thrilling than the PA series.

If I would pick between Thor or Fast Five to start the summer blockbusters I would go with Fast Five.
