I think Cosmic Gate topped my list of acts to see next year. I always like this male vocalist - Dogzilla used him for a couple songs. poor decision on my part to not go

Saw a bunch of Circus folk tonight.

Boom Jinx started the night with a good deal of energy.

Jaytech was a little too progressive for me and he brought the energy way down. The crowd was no longer jumping in excitement but was just swaying. At one point I thought he looped a proggy song for very long time.

Cosmic Gate did a great job of setting up A&B. At last year's NYE bash at the Giant Bonaventure, A&B preceded CG and it was a little odd. A&B played fast-past songs and CG had to bring it down about 5 bpm when they came on. Tonight CG -> A&B sounded much better.

A&B didn't play a lot of my favorite songs (Buzz, Home, Good For Me) but they can't play those songs every time I see them. :p

Super8 & Tab were solid. I loved "Aalto - 5"

Overall I had a good time, but I was disappointed that I left with ringing in my ears despite the use of earplugs during the entire night. I thought the speakers were cranked up way too loud and it sounded like the music was distorted. I saw other people with earplugs trying to push them in further to block out the noise. Anyone else feel that way too?

The e-puddles could have been cleared up better. I tripped over a couple people sitting in the middle of dance floor.

Great production values. The confetti fan-cannons were nice.

wow trance brings in a lot of guys.

i was at the palladium for guetta/kaskade not too long ago, but it was PACKED with girls. for tatw 350 i felt like majority of people there were guys..i would say at least 8 guy to 1 girl ratio.

like always, the event was not oversold so plenty of room to do whatever..but it did seem more of a 'rave' than guetta/kaskade.

i thought cosmic gates set was a little too mellow..is this how they usually play in the first time i've seen them.also wished that they played the markus schulz remix of the drums..great large venue tune.

above and beyond started very dreamy at first but eventually they were putting some hard tracks down. s8&t was a blur to me, but i'm glad they played perception.
