let's make a chart so we can all see what is going on. people will be labelled letters.
A >random selection > D >random selection > G
B >random selection > E >random selection > R
C >random selection > F >random selection > T
etc etc etc once you've been selected to recieve a gift, you will be removed from the random giving list to ensure that everyone gets something evenly. so the max amount of times you'll be giving out your address is once, and only once.
if we decide to go for a round 2 of gifts, then we'll see what happens. everybody happy. |

so does everyone feel this is a decent way of going about things? if so, i'll devise a random-choosing method immediately and we can get to business. |

ok here's the numbers. yes, i took myself out for the time being; the people who have already sent me stuff will get the favor returned in the future but i'm already responsible for ben, kevin, dave, and marcus. too much for right now.
it splits evenly into 5 groups of 5. so we'll start with 5 TA's picked randomly and then we'll go from there. i'm about to throw everything in a random number generator and then we'll get this on the road, niggas.
names will be picked randomly courtesy of a program called "THE HAT." thank ben for finding it for me. results will be posted. SOON. |
