Music is a subjective experience. I don't expect DJs and producers to understand that - part of the God complex that gets developed when everybody fawns over every little thing they do. I've known plenty on a personal basis and they ALL have the attitude you do - nobody bedroom DJs to local jocks to international superstars. It's just part of the game.

If you really didn't want to be a dick you could have been constructive and added to the discussion and post what you think would make non-techno EDM fans give techno a listen - thread topic. The three tracks I posted are all seminal tracks in their own right. If you don't feel them that's cool - I've said it many times in this thread and will probably say it many more - music appreciation is subjective. I'm not going to trash ANYBODY for their taste in music - see my vocal trance posts and 'I like cheese' thread - because I'm not a dick. Now go play and produce a track with Jerry, Tom.* I want to check out some posts from people who can positively add to the discussion.

*I assume you're smart enough to get that reference.

matt edwards is boring and makes really long tracks for no reason, but not as long your posts that no one reads.

Am I right - are you DJ Jelo? I never said I like all of Radio Slave's discography - I said I think RJ is an awesome track.

I couldn't care less if people read my posts - well maybe a little because I'm an attention whore similar to DJs like you - but I GUARANTEE people will read this thread because everybody loves DRAMA. Tread lightly here. You, unlike me, have a reputation in the scene. Most people think musicians and their work should stand apart from their personalities, but I digress. If I know someone is less than a respectful, decent, human being I couldn't care less if he was Mozart. And no your aren't Mozart.

* On a final note, if you post a reply don't expect anything back for awhile - unless it's so good I can't let you win out for the night. I want to check out everybody else's paint by numbers techno selections.

Well, if it's not then my apologies to DJ Jelo. But, he's coming off as a DJ and this guy deserves to be outed whoever he is. Anyone in the know - and not afraid to say? A drink on me for it - make it a double.
