Alcohol dulls your senses you jackass. Come back when you're sober (and itching).

Wasn't itching though a good 3 hours before I drank right after I took the Tea Tree oil. I think that may be the cure. I woke up itching a little bit. But it wasn't in the 50 spots I was itching yesterday. I'm going to keep douching my face in Tea Tree oil every day to see if this thing finally stops.

It might seem like a rash decision, but you might have to stop drinking!

You get it if you've ever been exposed to chicken pox.

I was in the process of typing this when I saw your post.

As for doctors...

I almost always self-diagnose myself and then tell the doctor what I think I have because I have more faith in my own ability to diagnose what I have than I have in them.

I knew that I had a tumor back in 2007 and insisted to my doctor that there was something wrong. She dismissed me over and over again until I was in so much pain I went to the emergency and sure enough, I had a tumor the size of a golf ball.

Same thing happened with my thyroid. I knew something was wrong and demanded that I get blood tests for my thyroid (after her telling me that I was just going through "physical changes"). Sure enough, I have hypothyroidism.

I have accurately diagnosed myself almost every single time. I know my body better than anyone, and with the great and wonderful internet, I can do a lot of research to narrow down what it is. I also know from experience what is happening (I know immediately if I have a sinus infection or a UTI etc.)

I've also learned to put my foot down and demand what I want... none of this "try this bull and come back next week" crap. There have been many times when I have told the doctor what I want to be tested for etc. They rarely say no when you flat out say "I want this".

i do this when it's something i already know what it is (i.e. sinus infection).

but when weird starts happening to my body i've never seen before, i tend to trust doctors.

really, Jake, the more I think about this, the more I think it's just some weird reaction/rash to something you came in contact with. i dunno tho fo sho

Well I haven't the slightest ing clue what this is. My best bet is it's some esoteric bacteria and doctors just don't care to entertain the possibility of it happening.

Day two of my daily Tea Tree oil facial is going good. I feel a little bit break-outy, but it's like 10% of what it was before. Just broke out one spot on my neck now and shoved from Tea Tree oil up it's ass. This thing has to be bacteria. I feel like it's still on my face even when it doesn't itch. My skin looks AWFUL. Going to see a different dermatologist next Tuesday.

Oh and they still haven't given me this "list" of products to buy that doesn't have what I'm allergic to. It's been 5 days now.

I wash my face in this and this only! Except I use peppermint because I cannot find the tea tree anywhere! I usually get this at CVS I heard it's at trader joes as well it's close to the Burts bees stuff when looking around.

Some real hippy but my face is smooth :)

I had that during my teenage years, not really unusual to me. I had a nasty case of the acne and, if anything, it made me feel a bit nostalgic :p

Tea Tree oil didn't work.

After 2 days it dried my skin, made it burn and red, and two of the bumps I had have sweltered into two HUGE lumps that are each about an inch in diameter. Yup, it's so disgusting, red, and oozing orange that I'm not even going out in public. This has gone so far I'm just going to book appointments with millions of dermatologists until finally one of them understands wtf is going on.

so ing pissed

Worst part yet is google search "allergy decyl glucoside" yields nothing, and from researching facial bumps and allergic breakouts, I can't find a single picture that looks similar to my damn ty bumpy face. :(

AAAAAAAHHHHH:whip:  :whip: :D

Is the orange stuff a bit like amber? I'm telling you, that's acne, I used to have the same stuff when I was a teen.
