I wonder how the order of the rescue was determined.

first 4-5 were the healthiest to make sure the rescue would work, then those needing medical attention, then everyone else.

I heard the president was there to personally give every miner a hug upon their rescue....Might just be political gamesmanship, but still pretty class.

I like the success of this story on all angles....Good on'ya Chile!

I would love to watch an interview with all of them to see what kind of stories happened down there.

Its amazing what hope can bring to a tight group like that all believing they would get out.

I wonder if any of them would mine again.

is it true that all of them agreed not to discuss what happened in the first 17 days? sketchy!

Actually, they are still married apparently but have been seperated for a couple of years and he now lives with this girl. So not as awkward as the press is making it out to be unfortunately!

This is going to make the best movie.

I am reading the profiles of all the miners and just crying. lol.

one had a girlfriend who sent him a marriage proposal down. awesome.
StereoPrincess
one worked at the mine for two years but never told his mom he worked there. same guy is expecting a kid in November.

Can we move on?
Hundreds of people die every year in mine accidents, it's just part of the job, everybody knows that.
While I'm glad these people got out alive, media coverage it's got, is just too much.
