Morning guys.. i know there are a few Golf fans here so I have a question for you.
I'm thinking of buying a car in the following months and the 2002-2003 Golf has caught my attention. What are your opinions about this car? Issues? Reliability problems you've heard? anything? |

I love my 2001. Depends on what version you get. 2.0L engined cars wre more appliance like and the motor was boring and gutless. 1.8T engined cars have a ton of aftermarket if you are into that, and can get rather fast for cheap. VR6 engined cars were fully loaded so interior comfort was as good as came, and the engine is great. Problems vary depending on what engine you have and mileage. My VR6 hasnt had a problem ever. Just usual maintenance. Others might have different opinions and experiences.
So what ones are looking at? |

Ive read the same and Im looking for the 2.0, I basically want the most hassle free and economical of the bunch with a preferably nice interior. Im trying to stay away from the 1.8T because im sure it will need more maintenance than the others and im not into aftermarket mods at all. |
