Ya I was kind of skpetical when I read Club Space owner's letter, that I didn't think that Miami was going to only give permits for WMC.

Funny how he said Miami Beach will only approve pool party permits on WMC week and then he got proved wrong by a city official.
I'm sure both weeks will be good and both weeks will have its pros and cons.

He might be speaking from experience vs what the city's written/official policy is. Just because there is nothing written to prevent pool parties doesn't mean they give out permits. Are there pool parties the rest of the year?

I honestly don't believe that most of the DJs I really respect, guys like Josh Wink, Danny Howells, Sasha, Luke Fair, SOS, etc will have their events during the UMF dates instead of the WMC dates. I couldn't care less for what guys like Steve Angello and other more mainstream DJs are saying backing up the UMF dates. Anyway let's see what happens.

The thing is people like Josh Wink, Danny Howells, Sasha, Luke Fair are probably already booked internationally around the dates of WMC since they prob book 6 months in advance at least.
