"Hope".

We hope everyone can donate whatever amount they can.

We hope Mike and Jenna pick the right path for her medical treatments.

We hope it's successful and Jenna gets a speedy recovery.

All we need is hope, support and love for Jenna. I really hope you guys can leave the negativity and fighting for a different time and place. Fighting is not gonna help with anything and for once we should put our differences aside ... we do need everyone to come together once again.

Please and Thank you.

My brother has it.

He's been in and out of remission for about 9 years now. He relapsed two months ago after his latest bone marrow transplant failed. It's not fun.

All the best to your friend--I'll contribute what I can.

I always knew that the TA family was a beautiful community that was held together but something much more powerful than the music that helped us all find each other. It (and all of you) were very welcoming to me 8 years ago when I first introduced myself to the community and Jenna was no exception to the warm hugs received on the dancefloor. I thank TA for introducing me to both her and Mike who have become such dear friends on, but mostly these past few years, even more so off the dancefloor.

Jenna emits a beautiful light and energy that has always been infectious so it is heartbreaking to know someone so special is having to fight something like this. However, she is a tough cookie and has shown amazing strength this past year through all her treatments. And will continue to be a fighter. With all of us behind her it can only help her with that fight.

Thank you to those who have already donated, are thinking of donating or are spending your time in helping us pull together for such a worthy cause.

forehead kisses to everyone. I will most definitely see you all on the dancefloor at upcoming benefit nights for our lovely Jenna.

Might want to look into the mirror on that one. I understand your skepticism, but you immediately contradicted yourself in your post re. possible remedies by saying you don't care how the money is spent but then putting forth your opinion on just that. It's like saying, "I give this donation unconditionally, but here's what I think." - it's one or the other. How about just accepting and respecting the family's plan/wishes for treatment and leaving it at that?

what I meant was, I don't care where the money I donated goes. If she needs to pay her internet bill right now and can't or if its going directly to medicine. For me it doesnt matter where my money goes because I want to help whereever she needs the help. HOWEVER, I have been in talks with some people and we are planning to do our own private fund raising to help her situation. Considering this is not a registered charity I'd like to be as informed as possible and be able to state where exactly that money is going to people who I ask to help donate. I dont want to give off the impression I am a scammer to anyone i come in contact with. It would be nice to be able to say "the money you donate is going towards a plane ticket to New York to see Doctor so in so to do this type of treatment which has a ___% success rate and is not offered here in Canada" rather then saying "hey can i have 20 bucks for this girl that has cancer. err where is the money going ?? errr i dunno..vegetables? alkasomething or another? ya just 20 bucks sorry no cant give you a receipt as this is not a registered charity."

May that light and energy she has given off to everyone else around her be returned back to her now, double.

This hit me like a ton of bricks yesterday. Jenna you have always been such a positive light in this wicked world. One of the nicest, warmest and most loving people I have ever met.

Although its been a while since we've connected I want to support you and Mike any way I can. Kudo's to those organizing a fundraiser - I will be there.

I send my love, prayers and positivity to you both .... donation to come.

all I was saying is that some major research should be done to find out her best option and the money should be pooled towards that. I'd hate to see the money go towards a ty option, and jenna pay the repruscussions. The money part doesn't matter to any of us, as much as jenna's health. However, It is alot easier to raise money when you have a concrete plan of action then whne youre just running around frantically asking for money not knowing yet what we need to spend it on.

but awesome on you for trying to troll jenna's thread. Theres a reason why this community always thought of you as a stuck up dyke twat

My point was that I trust her family and doctors to choose a treatment that represents the best option based on the information available - and I hope their choice to go with natural remedies does not deter people from donating. They are closest to the situation and best able to decide how to proceed.

you are the one questioning their choice in medical treatment vivid! I hope it does not deter anyone from donating, because I know that's not your intention.

Way to bring personal insults to this thread eh?

Moving on.

This is so very sad to hear.
Jenna was always radiating positive energy and a beautiful smile wherever she was.
I do have HOPE for her and wish not only her but Mike and their families all the best!

I fully support a fundraiser and will help in any way needed.

Margaret we can write letters to get information and support from those who have gotten through this!!

I send my love and hope to Jenna!!
