I'm not defending the type of crowd that Fresh brings, but what were they supposed to do, they paid for the ticket and Fresh wasn't giving out refunds, so might as well get your moneys worth.
And from what I understand, Fresh was only allowing those with Fresh Squeezed tickets to be used on Sunday, so those people really got the shaft.

I'm sure most of the DJs making their first LA appearance (Michael Woods, Arnej) know that the events normally don't go like this. Things like Avalon, EDC, Monster Massive, TAO, etc. are well known outside of LA, especially for DJs. Hell, playing a 5-hour set at Avalon is sort of like an Ibiza practice session. They're probably just thinking "Damn, we should tell our managers to get us into Insomniac or GoVentures festivals next time".
I hope Arnej comes back for a club night... or a massive. Anything. He's my favorite producer right now, and I'd LOVE to see him live. I almost bought Winterfresh tickets just to see him, but when they started holding out on announcing the venue and then finally announced it as all ages and ending at midnight, I decided to pass.
I know LMD wants to bring Arnej to Circus, so I hope it happens. Just make sure it's after Jan. 10th so I know I'll be in town. :P
