It would be simpler to just legalize drugs here. With the availability of far more cost-efficient distribution channels the black market wouldn't be able to compete and would be driven out of business in true capitalist fashion.
Of course, that's about as likely as drug addicts being conscientious about their purchasing habits. :o |

| I'm 100% in agreement with you, Lira. The war on drugs is, quite perversely, an amoral undertaking but it doesn't excuse the drug user who constitutes the cash variable in the convoluted equation. Particularly when the results are so horrific. |
