I really hope Markus makes it an annual vist to Avalon. I have a feeling with the energy of the crowd Saturday night that he will be doing another extended set at Avalon in the future :)

Seriously man out of all the countless times I have seen Markus. Saturday night took the cake. Probably the best EDM set in general I have ever witnessed. It was a legendary night to say the least.

he played MDW last year at avalon, so i'm pretty sure will turn into an annual thing..
twice a year would be sick too :)

it's becoming harder and harder to listen to the trance that got me into the scene a few yrs ago.

if there's a time that trance needs a severe revival, it has to be now (if not a few years ago). i've personally been waiting awhile for this hard hitting twisted stuff to become more a part of the current sound.
i get a sense that the fluffy, slow melodic stuff is being taken over by this harder sound. i remember above beyond a few years ago was a complete snore fest, but even they are hitting with more energy (though with at least a scattered bit of snore)

Pretty crazy night. I wish I could of lasted until the end. I would have loved to hear those ending tracks. I didn't think "extended set" would be an EXTENDED set. I thought it was going to end at 4:30 or something lol. I was checked the time at around 5:45AM and was like, "Dude, he's not stopping . . . what the . . "
Although I like some of his Dakota stuff, I still prefer the 2003-2005 Markus productions and remixes.
I'll upload the rest of the videos I took later. They didn't come out that good since it was really dark. Digweedish dark in there. Maybe Markus didn't want another dance video for 2011 ;)
