Never heard such a thing... and there is not ratio for Avalon or dress code really... but people seem to dress a little nicer. |

| Last set at Avalon didnt take us three hours to get into the groove, it was like 5 hours of good dancing. Glad to see him back as well. Love that it closes at 6. |

After playing in Miami until 9AM, I think LA needs some extended set goodness. |

"Extended" sets usually refer to anything 3 or more hours. In some cities it doesn't work so much calling it that anymore, but in LA it still does since two hour sets are more of the norm. When he played at Avalon last year, that was an extended set and was referred to one if I recall correctl. I am gonna guess he'll prob do another four hour set. |

ya last year was an extended set(referred to in the blog before the show), and he played for 4hrs even though they tried to shut him down at 3. |

after being at avalon for his set last year i can tell u - after about 3-4 am its 99% people on tons of drugs. some hardcore fans will stick around but the dance floor starts looking pretty empty...
hate to say it but LA ain't miami. id be happy with a 4-5 hr set again. |
