If involved with world vibe you mean I was the Production Manager hired to design insane shows and we ALSO helped promote a little.. yes. I had nothing to do with the failure of that event.
My events - as well as EDC - are part of the Insomniac family. |

Nevermind. The package I got from priceline.com includes a totally non-refundable, non-changeable hotel room. Even spoke to the corporate executive office.
Screw EDC Orlando. DEMF 2011 here I come. Lol. |

Well, no lineup yet on EDC...but yes, I imagine the DEMF lineup will all over EDC's.
But the fact of the matter is...I literally live 15 minutes walking distance from where EDC will be held out, thus I would not have to shell out $790 for airfare and hotel. And all my friends are going to EDC...they told me to get bent when I told them about coming with me to DEMF instead.
But yes, I am looking forward to DEMF a lot more than I would be for EDC...EDC would just be a helluva lot cheaper!
Anyone want to go halfsies on a room at the RenCen in Detroit? :) |

Zen was a rave that went to the wee hours of the morning that catered to late night people. EDC is a music festival with rides, games, art exhibits, and more importantly.. a festival that happens during the day - just like Ultra did.
It is true Orlando - as most of the USA has anti-rave laws in place. However we are not throwing a rave - we are throwing a music festival with some of the most popular music being played today. EDC Orlando will start at 2pm and end at Midnight.
Like it or not, the word "rave" to the majority of politicians means non sanctioned underground late night parties where people take illicit substances. We do not condone or tolerate such behavior and do not like people calling EDC a "rave" because there is electronic music being played.
