Why are people hating so much on this event? So there are different events all over the world that are better than this event, who cares. We need to show promoters that WE WANT this kind of stuff or it will disappear. We get a movement started and they will take notice and start booking more shows down in Florida.
Personally, I'm buying my tickets and am having a friend fly down from Philly to go with me to this. He's actually moving down in August so hopefully next year I'll just crash there for EDC Orlando 2012! |

A few questions for the promoters:
- The venue says Tinker Field, which online appears to be a single baseball field. Does that mean the entire event will be held on 1 baseball field? If so, does that mean there will only be 1 stage at this event, as more than 1 stage on a baseball field would probably result in sound overlap issues?
- Also, when will you release the full lineup, including what days each DJ will be playing?
- Lastly, will there be single day tickets on sale & if so when? Some people may not be able to or may not be interested in going both days.
Any info would be appreciated ... |

This event will include 4/5 stages.
Insomniac will be making an official announcement of lineups next week.
Single day tickets will be on sale this Friday for 60$ each - 2 day tickets will go up in price on Friday as well. |

obviously i dunno the answers to any of these questions, but heres what i think...
edc la is always in the coliseum so ummm i really hope they plan on using the citrus bowl. josh gabriels amonly page also says "citrus bowl" so thats a good sign. if it is only one stage i would imagine the one stage to be on the field at the citrus bowl. i saw some comments on fb that said the bowl would not be used but i just dont see any other way. other comments said i think warped tour or something was held there in 06 at "tinker field" and it held 20k people so thats a good sign too. dunno how itll work exactly but it sounds like theres a way. so honestly im not too worried.
the official lineup announcement will be up after the weekend according to the same promoters who released this lineup. im assuming it will be the same thing we already know though, the partial lineup just officially. no idea when we get "phase 2" or whatever you wanna call it.
also jeff the guy who posts here and the one who responsible for the past two orlando tiesto shows said on facebook all the artists on this partial lineup are confirmed. and well thats all the confirmation i really need. hes done a good job on the tiesto shows so im sure this will turn out great as well.
regarding the tickets, i picked mine up today at a ticketmaster outlet and they gave me a ticket for each day. according to orangesto if the ticket prices go up since these are early bird prices a single day ticket later may end up being just as expensive as buying the 2 day now. kinda how ultra used to work before it got in a big hurry and sold the out. so if you buy the 2 day now you could easily resell the other day you dont go and it might be cheaper than waiting.
but i like everyone else would like some official responses to these questions because they are all valid concerns. |

| Bought my ticket and booked my hotel which only cost me $56 the night I'm staying since I'm thinking about just heading home or stopping at Palm Bay to crash at a friends. |
